A wallpaper to help out Cat care, a local organization looking out for the feral cat populations in and around Port Elizabeth, South Africa. They spay/neuter, feed the ferals, home and adopt out what cats can be done so. Kittens are fostered and homed as well.
As for the tail, that's what happens when these guys inbreed, they're born with many defects, commonly no tail. This cripples their ability to communicate with other cats, you can check out their website if you want to read more.
