A month after I started doing ponies I decided to try a new style for doing images. Particularly lines. Manually stroking in full sweeps instead of using tools.
Doing so without a sketch started a transformation in my style, and later images have only improved because of this, even though I've gone back to sketching which you will see in a bit.
