
Before and after pics of my beef wellington. hand minced portabella mushrooms, prusciutto, thyme, fillets and delicious dough. Served with seasoned bacon and onion green beans and some cinnamon thyme sweet potato mash. ^^

very long recipe lol. but basically the ingredients u see, cook and reduce down the mushroom mince in white wine and a little bit of olive oil and thyme. use either puff pastry dough or crescent roll dough. Sear all sides of meat, smear balsamic glaze on meat (maybe some basil too) then refrigerate so it's cold, then spread out dough, put down a layer of prusciutto, then some mushroom reduction (cant be too wet or drippy), then the meat and some more mushroom on top of meat. then wrap the dough over and around all of that in a single layer. refrigerate and plastic wrap (letting it get cold between steps keeps it firm and less likely to fall apart). then brush it with egg wash and bake in oven for 25-40 minutes based on how done u want ur steak (google is ur best friend if u have questions) cook at 350 degrees.
