I mean it, these are from scratch (flour, egg, yeast and all). My first time making them, after rolling and needing the dough for what seemed forever, spread a layer of cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and powdered sugar over one side before rolling it up and slicing into single rolls.
then baked them about 20 minutes and then put my own icing on them (made with water, powdered sugar, real vanilla, cinnamon, orange peal, and nutmeg and ginger)

Did this after getting hungry from watching some "best bakeries" show on netflix lol.
