I can say this picture scares me a bit. I think in a good way. You reached very naturalistic appearance and whole complexity requires a while to realize what is really happening there. I like you work with various colors especially in parts where these colors aren't expected. These days many people forget shades aren't always just black and same counts for light parts. Although anatomy isn't perfect whole picture feels stunning and you style is unmistakable.
