So 
and I have started work on faun legs for next year's Renaissance Festival, and this is the first "step".
I sawed the heel off a pair of shoes and screwed them to the ball of the foot to add height. The hooves are comprised of actual cow hooves(purchased from a local pet store.)
I will need little padding for this suit.
And yes, these are somewhat difficult to walk in, but with enough practice, I'll be fine.
Progress completed in about two hours.
