Venusaur

Clearly I had a lot of fun coloring this piece. Anyway, second 1st gen starter done in color pencil, Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, and Venusaur! I enjoyed designing his giant flower on Venusaur's back, mostly inspired by the rafflesia flower. I also wanted roots growing in and out of their skin as the Bulbasaur gets older. Hopefully I'll get Blastoise done soon.
