Chainmail: Ever Wonder What 10,000 Rings Looks Like?
Well maybe you never wondered but I think about this sort of thing a lot lol. To tell the truth there is about 8,000 rings on the plates and about 5,000 rings in the cube so it is really 13,000 rings but you get the picture. Now doesn't that just look good enough to eat?
This big cube of chain may look familiar but it has grown. And it will continue to grow considering it is just the base for a much larger project that will use about 10,000 rings when it is done. Right now it is about 4 cubic inches. Sooo keep your eyes peeled for about the next month for the finished product. (If you are one of the handfull of people who I have told do not ruin the secret)
Times I have sliped and punched myself in the face while making this project count: 8

Why yes...yes I could. Well it since it is made from aluminum it only weighs about half a pound. However I could make one out of steel...actualy a ball made from steel like the one in my gallery would work better for that purpose but we could work something out. Lol I plan on making a flail one day.
