I don't think there's many people at all who can say they haven't been here before in one form or another at some point in their life. And those who haven't...well, sad to say, but it happens to everyone. Just the way life is. However, if you want my opinion, I think he should have given Lara the card anyway. It's better to take the step and stumble, than to stand still and let the opportunity pass you by, you know?

Well I like to think that Rings thinks he should just step aside so that Lara can go for what she wants with out over complicateing things

Hmm. ...You have a point. It's kinda hard to make a decision when you're weighing what you want with what the person you care about wants. But then again, if you never tell them how you feel, you'll go through the rest of your life wondering, "What if I had said something?". ..Sometimes, you just gotta put your foot out on that ledge, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and jump. Love can be a leap of faith sometimes...and the thing about those is that sometimes, a leap of faith leads to a successful landing. You never know, though, until you try.
