This pic is VERY special with me, and I figured that it was time to share it with all my friends here on FA.
This is a picture of my old dog, Lady Bug, from when she was in her prime. She lived to be a ripe old age of 17, and had a wonderful life for all of those years. She passed about four/five years ago now, and I miss her dearly.
I keep this picture in my wallet at all times, and it seems to be the last strong connection I have with her. My sister kept her collar, and I kept this picture.
Lady was a really special dog, and she'll never be forgotten. She was the only dog I knew that could leave a lasting positive impression on anyone she met.
Sorry, I'm going to stop here, or else I'm going to start crying. I know it's been years since she passed, but it still feels like it was yesterday.
Thanks for putting up with my mushy side here, and I hope you enjoy this pic of Lady.

Yeah, I know. I meant the "mushy side" comment as more of a joke for myself. That's the way I cope with extreme sadness, I make jokes about it, to lighten it up a little. That way, it's easier for everyone to take, and it helps me to accept that it happened.
But anyways, thank you so much for your concern, I do appreciate it. ^^

*chuckles, and hugs ya again* Yeah, she was. She had this sense, Idk if I can describe it right. She could tell instantly when you were actually hurt or if you were faking it, and she could also tell what you were on the inside as soon as she met you. She only growled at someone once in her life, and almost bit him the first time she met him. Well, it turned out her instincts were dead on, as he is now in prison for armed robbery.
Besides that one time though, she was a total sweetheart. We'd always kid around that she would lick a burglar to death, rather then attack them. xD

*chuckles* Yeah, that was Lady. She is a Black Lab/Beagle/German Shepard mix, so she's got the energy, the strength, and acts the same: like she's never loved. xD Lady was only about knee-height on me, yet, she managed to tackle a 6'4'' LINEBACKER to the ground in one jump! XDD
