In one of my classes we had to mimic the writing style of Virginia Woolf in Mrs. Dalloway's Party. Since I've had story concepts floating around in my head for ages, I plucked a few out and mashed them with a rock until they more or less fit the assignment. So love it, hate it, or just stare blankly, but this thing's here to stay.
