After long disease I had to have her put down at a tender age of about 26 months.
The picture was taken in January 2012, when she was young and healthy.
There's a little story to her unusual name and spelling. When we just got her, she was rather shy compared to her sister. Rather distrustful and suspicious; in German: misstrauisch, or, as a verb in 3rd person, sie misstraut. As a joke we thought about calling her Miss Traut, but since it sounded stupid, we got to Edeltraud, an old German name. Not to mash up two languages even more, 'miss' became 'Fräulein' and as reminder to the orgin I spell her name with a t.
Her sister Freya (after the Goddess) is up well and will hopefully live to see 2014 if not even 2015.
