What a great variety in colours and size, I like group pictures of characters looking so different to each other - despite being almost the same species.

Same here :D I've never payed too much attention for hyeanidae subspecies until I decided to create a hyena character for some purpose and then it was like...Wow! Striped hyenas and brown hyenas are really different to most known spotted ones! Gotta draw more and more of them!
(and I have to say you've got quite good knowledge of their anathomy as for someone who discovered them not much time ago :) )

Thanks! ^^ and you're right, hyenas are great animals! Maybe you won't believe it, but I didn't know there were dofferent type of hyenas until some weeks ago :') And you're right, stripted hyenas are special
