I was asked to do a series of six images representing six different World War 2 Allied powers. The commissioner has plans to reproduce these images on an actual aircraft, so you may see them in the sky someday! ^_^
The United States of America officially entered World War II after the attack on Pearl Harbor in the US Territory of Hawaii. So what better mascot for the troops fighting in the Pacific Island theater than this attractive water loving mammal?

I saw some of pictures of her- and once I got over the fact that she was at the time I saw them, a wrinkly old lady, I would say things she was damn attractive and I'd gladly fight the Axis for a woman that beautiful, creepy as it might sound. Sad fact is, by today's standards, a woman of her body type would be turned away from any modeling agency.
Dude that's awesome. I'll be keeping my eyes out for these lovely ladies in the future <3. This is a great starter piece of the Otter in a hola dress sporting a camo bikini and the U.S. flag <3.

My favorite Nose Art has to be "Sentimental Journey" - a Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress owned by the Collings Foundation, which features 1940s actress Betty Grable on the side...

The camo looks more like Mitchell pattern on the brown fall/desert side (but green instead of brown)
