I think you put it in the keywords to submit it, but I've also heard they don't accept submissions for banners and just ask well known artists.

eh, some people just dont know!
i mean, Falvies had a banner and some other popular artists so it would make sense for people to get upset and think that they only go for popular artists

Yeah I just hate being mislead. Those folks shouldn't state things as fact without knowing.
