I found this piece unfinished since 2004 by accident recently and decided to finish it. The unfinished version is in my scraps. I tried to integrate the parts I already worked with how I color things now. I think I made a lot of improvements. (Though some stuff I couldn't fix and had to do the best to finish it.) So happy it's done!
For the inspiration: I was big into Digimon back then and I loved Ken Ichijouji. This picture is actually based on a....Hilary Duff song. o_O* Hey, I liked this song, but I wasn't a Hilary Duff fan. I think this song fits Ken, though.
