well really depends on the cash, But if you know you want to work on them Just build up from Parts it is a little cheeper and to get what what you want with out having to build around stuff you don't want.
you also can buy in 100-200$ chunks on parts so you can get much nicer gun from the start with out dropping 1500$+ just to start out with a good barrel and upper and lower
