I love this guy, and have been trying to work on finishing this for some time.
I was finally able to complete it, and I feel much better now.

Now hopefully I can move on to working on other things...

He is an exclusive character to that series, he wasn't in the classic series.

Yes, but sadly the series he is from was not renewed for another season...
I have actually requested art of him and a certain other raccoon thief (well, he looks like one, but don't call him that) together~
