More concepts or ideas to expose more onto my brother and mine’s game idea: “SEQUOIA SQUIRREL™”…
Based on the game concept by Caleb Shockency (Caleb S.)
Illustrations and re-arrival of the concepts by Josiah Shockency (JCS)
Here’s one of the trees of the Sequoia and there’s our hero, Allucius, who happens to have half of his torso inside a hole from that branch.
Here’s the antagonist of this game, Waclaw (or Wencelsas) Woodpecker, who is pecking down a tree just to make lumber out of or whatever his evil deeds are that no average woodpecker would ever do. Allucius jumps off there to stops that pecking bird.
Here’s the girlfriend or soul mate of our hero, Alexandra whos happens to be a FLYING SQUIRREL! Even though she has no flaps of skin to help her glide, she is called that, because of her inventions and contraptions that evolve flying! Like that helmet with the propeller! She would occur whenever something happens to the hero, like maybe revive him in a certain level (those that she can revive in the beginning levels or special levels).
Here are the items that Allucius might need to succeed his quest:
• A Healthy Sugar Cube: even though sugar is bad if you overdo it, this kind with those red crosses would be the thing Allucius might need in order to regain his health from being thrashed by enemies. Touch them and you’re health will be restored. Depending on its size, it will recover your health on a cube’s amount.
• A Level Up Acorn: Need a level up? A squirrel’s typical yet honest nut that any critter like Allucius and Alexandra would enjoy: an acorn with a “1UP”. Eat one and you’ll receive an extra life.
• Sunflower Seeds: Points due need to be required in a game like this, so what are the points? Why, sunflower seeds, of course. One seed would equal to just one point. Get as much seeds as you can and if you collect 50, you’ll get an extra life. Get 100 seeds or find a special seed and you’ll have a Super power.
This is a Gave Over segment if you get beaten up by enemies. Simply him, being all unconscious and bruised, seeing stars…
A “Continue?” segment! Him facing towards you with the light behind him to create some emotion to it!
Hope you guys get the idea on it’s going so far into this game concept!
