Ginko today has well a lot of scars but the one he tries to hide the most is the fact that he has no lower jaw. He lost his jaw in the encounter with Clair he also had all his bones broken and his body filled with tar that is usually seeping out of anywhere it can. that is why he keeps his gas mask on at all times.
