He's my favorite character from the Monsters universe, but talking about design, because the way of being he's so evil and I don't like him. I loved the look that they made him for the new film Monsters University, he looks younger, nerd and shy. I really want to know what they do for this character in personality.

from the general to the particular, I put the general color of all the character without saturating, considering the lighting and shading, when randall has volume, and he looks nice without detail yet, I start putting the texture and other colors, the texture was quick to do, it just was circles with a pattern, as the pattern of clothes are used to done, in the end I start saturating all the colors with a lighter color (for example white, light blue or light purple), and with a concealer I put the whites of some flakes
