I was going to write a long winded comment about this or that, but I think I'll just leave it be with the term "artificial property value".

I googled that and I got a lot of results about astro-turf.

The term implies that the pricing in a certain area is not representative of the norm and that the price has been proped up artificially. Or in this case that all the property is not natural/ artifical.


Incidentally I thought astroturf was a myth until I was about 12. Thought it had something to do with moon ground.

I just knew it as "the stuff at mini-golf courses".

On the other hand, I'm trying to figure out why the right building is hollow. Is that for utility or is just architectural weirdness?
