I prefer the Survivalist Rifle(Fire's the 12.7mm round and Service Rifles can help repair/maintain it.). It's a 1 to 2 shot kill on anything that isn't elite NCR or Legion, guaranteed. But I think you need the Honest Hearts DLC to have it :L

to be honest i prefer the fn fal with it 7.62 mm rounds cause it an awesome rifle in the game and yes you need honest heart for that gun

I never see it, and I always visit Zion. Not even the Gun Runners have it when I go there to buy something. And they usually have every gun, and mod for DLC's after playing the DLC(besides lazer weapons)
