Well, this is really awesome. In class our chef DIRECTOR came in and gave us a demo on how to shape brioche dough that has salmon wrapped in it, into a fish. The bottom one is the fish he made during the demo. and well, after his demo it inspired me to make a fish of my own since I was assigned the salmon wrapped in brioche dough. and BAM!! I did hella amazing for my first try and just going by recognition of the demo. I am very proud of myself.
