The background color is transparent when viewed in full view and a few of the lines that went beyond the borders show through near the third panel x3

You weren't supposed to notice the lines! I rushed to post it before I had to leave on an errand, and missed a few things :S Will be fixing when I get home tonight!

Not sure what you mean by the background being transparent in full view, because that's how it's intended to be :) FA's thumbnails aren't PNGs, so they end up with a black matte on transparent regions, which might be what you're referring to?
