This is my last submission of the night and the beginning of a new story. I've been in a story mode for the past few days. There is no macro stuff in this chapter, but since it is one of my stories it will be included in the story later.

This prologue just sets up the universe the story is based in and the motivations behind a powerful character that probably won't be seen after the first real chapter.
