I do really love it! It can be tough to get a nice swim suit at these sizes, as they don't offer many styles, but they had a few good ones this year.

Trust me, girls of all sizes feel insecure :( I'm relatively fit, and I still feel incredibly insecure wearing shorts or bathing suits. But it's all about being happy with yourself and not comparing yourself to others :)

Oh no, I totally know that. I always find it silly when people think thin "pretty" (adding " since that's the tittle they give them) girls have no issues, when they do! If anything, they have more. I find that, being so completely not what media wants me to be, I'm more easily able to learn to love how I look. Someone who's thin, they just simply never feel good enough, and rarely ever feel good about themselves. I feel bad for them.

Yes! I was really lucky they had some nice ones. Sometimes the designs are horrible or a little too older woman looking, for my personal taste. While yes, I'd love to be able to wear a bikini (course I know I could do it if I wanted, but I'd rather be comfortable), these are my favourite type. They're called tankinis. I find full body swim suits just make me look worse, so this is more like a loose shirt.

at least you can find a swimsuit. i have a stupid bodyshape, i am terrified of going to public pools in swimsuits....actually i won't even let my friends or family see me in a swimsuit.

I'm Canadian, so if you're in the states, you won't have the stores I frequent, though you could buy online.

I do most of my shopping at additionelle. They have a sister store, though not connected, called Penningtons. Both are good, I've found great stuff at penningtons but they do tend to be a bit "older" looking, so I shop at additionelle way more.

In the states, Torrid seems like an amazing place. I've gotten a couple shirts since a states friend visited, but I've never tried their suits. It's worth a look though!

There are a LOT of cute bathing suits out there for the curvy ladies. :3 I always liked the bathing suits with the cute little skirts and frills~<3 x3

I don't find there's too many options haha But that's because it depends on what you have around you, since I prefer to not buy online unless it's a plain t-shirt. We don't have many places that fit me, and the styles are limited. That and of course, a suit can look adorable but eh on you, or vice versa!

I've always preferd the shorts looks for bottoms on swim suits, bikini to me personally is just uncomfortable. I'm glad to see a designed top too, furry art usually lacks some design to clothing.

I love others in bikinis or bikini bottoms, but I feel uncomfortable in them myself, so shorts all the way. I normally don't do designing, since I'm horrible at thinking them up, but since I already own this it was a lot easier to do.

I gotta sorta agree there, some form of clothing always seems kinda sexier then full on naked, to me. Maybe not lingerie per say, but just noticed that it does seem nicer when they're wearing something.

That is really cute! You've actually made me want to go out and look for a swim suit (which I typically dread -.-). Tankini's are pretty. My mom has been trying to get me to wear them for years. Looks like it's time to actually try.

Amen! Bikinis are overrated. This year I am also finally learning to accept my body and the fact that it looks better in a cute one piece or tankini than a suit made of mostly strings and tiny scraps of fabric. Realistic bodies are beautiful, and so is this drawing. <3
