So I haven't actually spoken about my "work" on these art sites yet.
Recently (late April) I joined a local pet rescue group. I am a foster carer. We rescue animals from the death list at shelters/pounds, and they are placed into care with us (obviously it's very selective who goes to who, ie. only take animals we have the resources and skills for).
I have rehomed 2 cats, 1 dog so far. I currently have these 4 kittens in my care and 1 Fox Terrier.
These 4 babies were a big challenge x)
They came to me as 5 week old hand-sized kittens, who were still meant to be with their mum and weren't eating meat yet (still milk). I've never dealt with weaning kittens before, but I am very happy I got this opportunity. They've really taught me patience and love, and they actually consider me their mother (still running to my lap after they're done pooping, eating, etc). They actually weren't too toilet trained (they ate the cat litters ;_;) and so that was another challenge I had to overcome. But we did. :)
They are medium - long haired kittens, possibly part persian or russian blue. Time will tell.
PS the black kitten (2nd from left) is probably staying with me forever ;) his name is Bear and he's pretty left out from the gang :b
If you are located in New South Wales and interested in adopting any kittens or dogs from me or my group, let me know any time ^-^

WE IS PLOTTING TO EET UR SHOES Oh goodness, so cute <3 If you're still doing it in 18 ~ 24 months time I will bounce around and adopt somebody from you. Once I move out, I'm allowed to have another cat.
How did Piddle react to all the newcomers arriving in the house?

I will be doing it for sure ^_^ I don't think I'll ever give up on saving kitty lives, haha <33
PIDDLE well
She's getting dementia now we think which is unrelated to the kitties, but regardless she's been relocated to another room so she never actually sees the kitties >w> she's NEVER liked them though (even our other permanent cats) so... yeeeeeeeeeah

Its wonderful what you're doing, I really wish I could provide that for animals in need.
I have a bear too. He's so funny, he has a little floofy nub tail. solid black. he looks like a little bear.
and he does "bearrel" rolls around the floor.

Hey this bear is fully black too ;w; Except I've just found out today that he's deaf... always put him as just being sleepy/anti social but been clicking and making noises right behind his ears and not so much as a twitch :( Oh well
GET A VID OF THIS BEARREL ROLL, LOL<33
Andddd as for providing, well, it's not so hard to get into when they supply everything... You can take one at a time, or as many as you want ^^
