The more I draw her, the more I realize my headcannon Gen Dewitt is not a happy person. Even the games I don't get hugely into, I can 'feel' the character in little ways. Gen Wake was an artist who passionately fought the darkness so she could reclaim her life and her loved ones. Gen Clarke just wanted to live, because dying in the Dead Space world was an unimaginable horror. But Gen DeWitt is just angry and bitter and deals with new and strange situations by growing more angry and bitter. She's professional enough to get the job done, but eagerly looks for reasons to complain and validate her sense of cynicism.

...of course being nearly drown is probably a valid reason to be upset. Still, have a cookie, DeWitt! Yeesh.
