It's been a LONG time since I did any art. However, an opportunity came and I thought what better subject to draw than the never-before-seen "Dawnbreak Horizon".
Those who have followed the "Celestia's Chosen" series I've been writing know of him. He's the gifted unicorn who has been assigned the dragon-duck, Yosh, to assist in discovering new lands beyond Equestria's borders. He is a gallant, 80s-esque stallion who is quite diplomatic. It is Celestia's hope that, along with Yosh, the magic of friendship can be spread amongst other countries to form a more peaceful world.

Oh, Ozzie. *Crinklenuzzles and rubs your back* Thank you. Art is getting VERY hard for me to do. However, it felt good to give it at least a go today. :) Can't let a little thing like nearly being blind stop me from doing my best to be as creative as can be.

That's no good. *Pouts* I hope you get to feeling better real soon. I also hope that little fan is helping to make you stay cool despite the climbing temperatures this time of year brings with it.

Thanks Yosh *crinklehugs* I feel better today. ^^ But I would feel even better if the temperature would go down some. There was a heat advisory today as the hot weather combined with the moisture in the air made it feel like 105 outside. I just hope that when we do go for this getaway, the pool provides enough cooling for the high temperature. I know everyone wants to go to the beach when we get there, but I dunno how long I can hold out on a hot beach. So we'll see I guess.
*Comforting crinklehuggles* I know how you feel and what you mean. I am way too afraid to go swimming and beaches just beg you to go and try to battle the waves. That, and I'm sure everyone would want to build sand castles and/or bury one another in the sand. Lots of cubby fun at a beach.
Perhaps you can bring and/or get under one of those beach umbrellas? That could help keep you cool. You also have your moisture fan to help. You could also keep a cooler full of ice at the ready with ice packs in it to wipe yourself down when you feel too warm.
*Crinklehugs* I know you'll find a way to have maximum fun with your friends. In the least, it'll be a chance for you and Tavi to be together outside of the house. Some time away, even with others, will certainly help bring you two closer. :)

I was thinking about a beach umbrella. I guess we need to try and find one we can afford. The cooler idea is good too.
