During the long winter nights, the valiant lawn husky dreams of the change of the season and itches for the exposed ground that they ply their trade in. Fear not that they will lose skill for the down-time will be spent planning and improving their designs. Come the melting of the snow, the defenses they make to protect your yard shall be larger and grander than the past year.
Yep, moment we let the dogs out for the spring, Joey got back to the digging. He has graduated from simple holes to ones that could be used to plant a small tree in. The larger husky (asleep) in the background is Nemo, a younger husky that Joey has been mentoring him in the ways of the Noble Lawn Husky. Together, the two pulled off a 4 foot wide, 2.5 foot deep pit (seen on right.) Still working on Nemo's digging endurance, but he is coming along much to the chagrin of his owner.
