Shizuma Hanazono from Strawberry Panic.

I didn't really feel well yesterday... so this was the only thing I was able to draw... a quick pencil-sketch in 10 minutes, with some effects on photoshop.

Well, they might be lazy, but the overlay effects turned out great! What a great way to turn an awesome sketch in to a full colored masterpiece! (better than my lazy coloring jobs, at least.)

I really like this one. :D Very... dramatic, and the water ripples overlay adds some nice extra mood to it. :)
