I know what you're thinking; another zombie game, adding to the oversaturating of yesteryear's market. While State of Decay looks like it might be another run-of-the-mill zombie game, it is anything but. State of Decay manages to be 'that zombie game with real survival elements'. If you've ever had a group of friends that often talk about "if so-and-so game just had free roaming and gathering food and ammo and stuff, it'd be a great game", Then State of Decay is that game. Undead Labs has done an impressive job on a game that combines elements of an RPG, a survival game and a dash of random generation in to make one flawed, but wonderful gem of a game.
