Lazzy did not join the palace’s harem the normal way of course, an incubus is hardly an easy subject to clap a collar around, perhaps in your dreams, but that is exactly where he wants you to be anyway. No, locked into a harem in the Palace of Dreams is where he’d ended up after a confrontation with a fractious Jinnī. Having successfully “rescued” several artifacts from below the City of Kresh and its passage's gooey denizens, the Jinnī offers Lazzy his promised wish. Dealing with the Jinn has always been noted as a risky approach but the Succubus-roorat was getting pretty desperate for a way to return to the world of dreams. So he made his wish as simple as possible, “I wish to be in the Land of Dreams.” Simple the wish was, perhaps not quite clever though. The Jinnī replied, “I can do this, but you will be stuck there, do you still wish it?” Lazzy, who thought he was wise to the ways of the Jinnī said that he did wish it, a Jinnī would obviously only ask a question like that to instill doubt! Moments later as he looked down and through the guazey material and flicked his ears to the tinkling of the chains between his collar and finger manacles he began to wonder if he'd duped himself this time...
