This is a tutorial that requires some knowledge of zbrush. It is not about sculpting, just an advice on how you can use IMM brush to make big scales, chest/belly plates, eyebrows, nose ridges and stuff.
Also it is my first tutorial, and hopefully I'll continue making those.
The HTML version is on my blog: http://salireths.tumblr.com/post/52.....s-scale-plates
Should I move it to scraps?

Overral little scales tut will be in the future, i really enjoyed making these!
Feathers are made in zbrush. It is a fibermesh plane with a feather textures with transparency (zbrush handles transparency by pure black [0,0,0] color. Dont do any anti-aliasing on the edges!) I may actually make a tutorial how to make feather textures and how to apply them ^^
