The voodoo priest
Kisasi grew up in a chinese small fisher village and witnessed nature being sacrificed for the societies greed. Many fisher had to turn down their jobs due to polluction of nature, among them Kisasis father who later on commited suicide. Shortly after his mother died of grief. Kisasi blames the society for these events and hungers for vengeance. He retreated into the last remaining forrests. Kehno, who saw potential in him and appeared before him in the form of a big black jackal, giving him a book that should help him to gain his target: Revenge.
Reading it, Kisasi saw that this book is a mighty weapon. He trained voodoo magic for around 20 years. At the age of 25 he was a voodoo master and returned into "civilisation". He moved into a close town and studied military tactics for the next years. As Kisasian aced his study he became finally secretary of war. He took on the name Zhao Enlai.
Using China's own military surveillance system, a small dedicated hacker group unter the lead of Kisasi eliminated the world wide power plant system with the help of a special software, destroying a lot of post industrial technology.
