Hah, this looks awesome! XD Clearly had some fun in chat the other night; looking forward to seeing it finished!
As a side note, Kouryuu has three claws and a thumb on his forepwas, and three claws on each hindpaw (same as Toast in both cases); I noticed he was drawn with only two on each foot here.
