How do I even comment on this, because, this has to be the best rendition of Greaser Polar I've ever laid eyes on. I adore the way you've stylized and over exaggerated his features, this is exactly how'd I'd imagine him in some type of cartoon. This is priceless, haha I can't even gather words. How do words work for such a lovely piece.
Ok enough of the rambles, onto the picture. You got the grungy dirty look down to a tee, love the little detais such as the dirt/ grease stains on his knees, also how you made his white shirt a yellow tint to give it that "I'm too manly to change my shirt" look. DANG, look at those grizzly hands, those things would be great to strangle a guy. Love the stray hairs you added to his hands, and his chin and side burns. Looks so scruffy <3 And that big ol' beer gut just hanging, as I've said on your previous submission you got the whole concept of characters and how they hold their weight. I know it's not a big thing to be commenting on, but I totally have the hots over his knuckles. And the lil lines you added to his finger wrinkles, love when artist add those little details. But what I love most about this whole piece is the way you shaped his face! The curve that's going on from his cheeks down to his neck, and how he's snarling creating the wrinkle on the side of his mouth and the lil chin under his muzzle! AAA, it's too much awesomeness. Them big ol bushy brows, and of course who could forget that rockn' pompadour he's sporting. You draw some of the best pomps I've seen around. Loe what you did with his jacket too and how the belt of it looks like it's swaying open to make way for his gut. And ding dang them boots are swagger (I hate that word but idk I just felt like using it) you even added lil tuffs at the edge of his boot, they're probably steel boots and he uses them to kick some sense into other gang rivals. hehe I love the way he's holding that lil cigar in his bear hands, knowing the residue to the ground. And one last thing LOVE the bags under his eyes!
Ok I just rambled, but really I want you to know I adore this a bunch and will treasure it for ever and show all my friends if you're cool with that. Also, would you mind me posting this onto my Tumblr? I'll of course give you credit. If not I'm fine with that :) just wow this is was amazing
