The bases she uses, I'm pretty sure come with it. I did ask though, so you might wanna check and make sure ;)
The breathability is amazing. Like, You can see out of the mouth and noseholes as well. :) I took it outside and walked about a quarter mile in about 80 degrees (f) in direct sun and it was like I wasn't even wearing the head. It's pretty great. :)
