..There is actually quite a long and sordid tale behind this.. \|C
So there ONCE UPON A TIME was this decent craft-store called Riot: Art and Craft.
It's a neat place for craft bits, and on occasion, they stock markers. A wondrous tool, very much sort after by wild Carnivals as a main dietary supplement.
One particular predator (who signs up to their e-mail specials listing in order to have an edge in hunting) all but exploded a rainbow stream of joy from her back-end when Riot did send her an e-mail that proclaimed that these same Touch Markers were on sale.
And not just any sale.
It was a sale in which said markers, of a brand most delicious I might add, were going out for 99 cents each.
Much cleaning was required of the room she discovered this within.
And while there was an entire month in which these prized items would be sold for such a RIDICULOUS discount the window that funds and travelling during this time was only to span one single weekend.
And alas.
It was not to be.
For the very day upon which both financial and location were both celestially aligned the course had since eclipsed but a day prior.
Though it would have saved the beast a good deal of coin in the never-ending pursuit of the rainbow-rific glory, such a time of great savings has since never come again.
This is why a Carni bays unto the great Sale-Leaflet in the electric sky.
==================
*For those who do not know, markers typically sell for about 7-10$ each, and omffffhfgfghfhfhfhfffffffffffffff \|'[ SADS. 5ever.
*Inked with 0.2 & an 0.5 feltip pen. Coloured super-quik with various markers that WERE NOT bought on mega-awesome super-rad sale.

I've never been to a Riots.. they opened up in wagga after I moved away.. but never been since X"3 hehe All sales and specials on anything I get I always just "happen" upon them and it's a "do i have enough money to get something right now" or not deal... most of the time it's the latter. =(
I once saw an art store that was closing down sell a box of like, 200 assorted prismacolours for £35.
To the guy ahead of me in the checkout.
I'd passed by the box without looking in it because I was looking for a replacement keyboard.
And that's why I draw digital only now :<
