Here's a Pokemon in my region that I made...during...12th grade I believe.
This is an evolution for the Music Note Pokemon, Chatot.

Orchot: Music Player Pokemon
Pokedex: Orchot always has a keen sense of making music. A part of their wings is like a bow, and the tail is like a string instrument.
Type: Flying
How to evolve Chatot: Level it up to 30, holding a Metronome.
Abilities: Tempo, Keen Eye

This Pokemon mostly learns normal type moves, along with a varitey type of moves.

Not too sure on color, I haven't put much thought to it >_>

Not sure if you'd like to catch but hey, I felt like Chatot could use a new form is all.
