This is a Pokemon I redesigned months ago, since it's previous design looked...ugh, too plain.
This Pokemon is considered to be the small, cute, non-evolving electric-type Pokemon. If you're going to make a Pokemon region, you gotta have cute little electric-type guys like these; every region has one. I bet even region 6 will have a Pokemon like this.

Sherbik-Quick Jolt Pokemon
Pokedex: They like to run around and play during thunderstorms. The green spikes on it's back will turn darker if its low on energy.

evolve forms: none

Weight: 17 lbs
Abilities: Pick Up
Charger(ability I made)-PP gets restored if hit with electric-type move.

This Pokemon is sort of the stereotype of electric type Pokemon: fast, and has good sp. attack.
