Mahlat is one of the older Cubi clans, old enough its exact age is not known. it has been without a tri-wing for pretty much all of its confirmed history, and fairly little is known about the clan's original founder.

one defining trait of mahlat Cubi, even with their tri-wing gone, is their exotic appearance, believed to be the result of deliberate changes made by Mahlat after her ascension to tri-wing status. Every member of Clan Mahlat has avian plumage on their wings and portions of their body, regardless of their apparent species. (Avian appearing Cubi within the clan had/have plumage which resembles a different species than their apparent one.) this appearance has held true for pretty much all of the clan's existence, and thus is not reliant on a Tri-wing's influence.


Current Status: scattered. the clan has dwindled steadily, and only a few remain.
