This was one of those pages where I wanted/needed something cute. Doodle has very few requirements for friends and family, the chief one being to not be outwardly abusive to her.
One thing I like to keep in mind is how environment effects my characters emotionally and physically. Cobalt being mostly a hermit getting very little excercise since coming to the overlord's lair coupled with much better food as left him a bit less lean and wirey.

I feel like Cobalt here, don't usually have a problem with kids but I try not to be included with them, as I can be cynical or a realist, on things, but some kids have that charm to break past your boundaries, make you want to include yourself with them and watch over safely. But for me they're shortlived and I go on trying not to ruin a child mood or anything..
