It's actually "La muerte rosa" ("muerte" is female in Spanish). Still, "la rosa muerte" does mean "the pink death" and not "the rose of death" (that'd be "la rosa de la muerte"), since Spanish is rather flexible when it comes to the placing of adjectives like so. Still, though, it's much more common to see the adjective placed after the noun, and "la rosa muerte" and "la muerte rosa" have slightly different connotations (though they don't really make a difference here).

I think you mean "La Muerte Rosa"(Spanish) which is "The Pink Death"(English). In Spanish there are gender differentiation, for example dog (english), perro(spanish), in english we say "the dog" for both genders, but in spanish we have to say "el perro"(male dog) and "la perra"(female dog). I have to note that I'm not saying this as a form of disrespect towards anyone.

If you sticking with 2 words here are all the possible names. Choose which you prefer:
- La Muerte Rosa= The Pink Death; or Muerte Rosa = Pink Death
- La Rosa de la Muerte = The Rose Of Death; or Rosa de la Muerte = Rose Of Death
