Hmm, well I use different brushes and multiple settings on the same one as well depending on what I want to do, so its hard to say what my settings are. I primarily use Sai's Brush tool without any textures/special brush shapes, though I do vary between the tip settings (those 4 boxes under the brush types). I like to use a higher opacity for blocking in colors and finer, crisp details, and a softer, more tapered brush for fur and what not. I use other tools as well for different effects, but don't use them as often.
