This is Rupert.

Rupert is a much loved member of our family. Sadly, a couple of days ago Rupert started to deteriorate rapidly, he collapsed and has since struggled even to move, my mum was at work when this happened and our neighbor who came to feed our cats was the one who called us to let us know, I was the only one able to rush home but with no drivers licence or money we couldn't get him to the vet until that next morning, so we made things as comfortable as possible for him in his favorite place, the bathroom, where he's either by the radiator or in the airing cupboard, understanding that that night looked to be his last. By some miracle, he survived and was administered to the vets as soon as mum was released from the airport she works at. Rupert is still currently very,very ill and being housed at the RSPCA animal hospital where he is being treated for what might be Kidney Failure.

Naturally, his treatment cost is already through the roof, just to have him stay one night on an IV with a couple of injections. We've no problem with spending money to save our cat who may well have a chance of survival, the problem is, we don't have the money. If there's a chance he can be saved we will save him, if there was no hope from our friend rest assured we would never leave him to suffer for our sakes.
