Lets me music together! Well not really!
This is a picture I started in 2009 and at long last I finally got down and finished it.
I did this cause even though I really liked this film when I was 8 and still do I never liked the racially insensitive big lips on him as this was a very controversial issue since cartoons where invented (plus it looked ugly on him). Disney and Hanna Barbara are also guilty of this crime showing images of Africans with pure black skin with big lips.
So I took it upon myself to improve on that as well as modify other areas like his claws, eyes and even changing the pink feathers around his neck.
This could be a good concept for a reboot of the franchise where it wouldn’t be so childish & cheesy.
I would love King Gator to be like a cool comedic African American style Gator who would have more of an sadistic attitude & would play more in the story line. Plus he would be so girly in his persona. I know some of you thought that was hilarious when they did the whole musical number but really...that sequence was...weird and slightly embarrassing.
So I would love your feed back towards this picture and what you think.

Definitely love it! He looks much more serious this time around, as if everything New Orleans has gone through since 1989 has made hardened his light-hearted personality and made him more grim and irreverent. Much approved!
Also, I second the idea of Moo Mes Cowboys meeting him like they did Doopy or even a re-imagining of ADGTH when he and Charlie meet.
