All part of being 'dazed and confused' after getting Thor's Stomping Boot up your backside (not the butt, the ENTIRE backside, ankles to eartips) and then having Loki punch you in the face with an entire PLANET. He's up and moving, and doing something vaguely resembling thinking, but he's nowhere near 'awake' yet. He's making connections like he's in a dream. That's a dangerous state to be in while in unfriendly territory.
I also don't think she is in the kitchen. That happened, what? 10-15 minutes ago? And they already took care of the bodies while searching the compound for him? The trail of blood also looks suspicious. She was the only one drageed away, while they carried their comrades? Leaving a trail of blood someone has to clean up?
As someone that has been in real combat suffering from concussions I have to say I'm impressed on how this was picketed.... But I do say if he's trying to keep going he would try and keep his adrenaline still pumping because if he doesn't he can pass out or worse until he can get to a safe place....
Eyes won't focus, can't move my toes, and my feet are heavy. Head spinning, ears ringing. Tired. Very tired. Hard to keep focused. Confused. Dizzy. World desaturated, grey and brown.
I've been there. It sucks, but the thoughts that go through your head are interesting. Nothing feels strange or odd about thinking 'That man is still on fire, but he's not dead yet'. Logic is all you have, no emotion, no fear. Just a rather faulty rationality.
