This is another practice sketch I did some five or six months ago. Here we have my fox squire character, Roderick, leading his master's big destrir warhorse, Feliks, on what seems to be a good day for both of them.
Sadly, Feliks isn't actually as big, here, as he actually is in the stories. A non-sentient, regular horse, Feliks does have personality, but he mostly has bulk, being supposed to be 6'3" at the shoulder. Basically a tank for a knight to ride into battle. Pictured here, he looks more like 5'7" at the shoulder, so he's much too small due to page size constraint.
Anyhoo, just taking a break from my production, tonight, to post this. Hope you enjoy.
